Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GECOtravel LLC, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our goal is to make your travel experience as smooth as possible, including when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please read the policy below carefully before booking.
1. Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at +1 702-910-2494 or [email protected].
Refunds depend on the type of tour and timing:
More than 30 days before departure - full refund minus $50 processing fee.
15-30 days before departure - 50% of the tour cost refunded.
Less than 15 days before departure - no refund (sorry, we have costs already).
2. Changes to Your Booking
Need to change your dates or destination? We try to help, but it depends on availability.
Date or destination changes may incur a $25 fee plus any difference in tour price.
3. Cancellations by Us
In rare cases, GECOtravel may cancel a tour due to weather, low bookings, or unforeseen events.
If we cancel:
You can reschedule without fees, or
Receive a full refund, including any deposits.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we confirm the cancellation.
Refunds are returned via the same payment method you used to book.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Some optional add-ons (like special excursions or insurance) may be non-refundable.
These will be clearly stated when you book.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. It can cover cancellations beyond our control, like personal emergencies, illness, or flight issues.
Tip for travelers: Always double-check your booking details and try to let us know early if plans change. Our little gecko helper is fast, but even he can’t magic away last-minute fees!
